This home was designed for a dynamic couple who purchased a fixer-upper property with the vision of transforming it into their forever home. She is a fashion designer known for her impeccable eye for form and detail, while he is a finance executive with a preference for clean, timeless functionality. Their shared goal: a space that embodied modern luxury, while honoring their Carribean roots.
Every detail was selected to bridge their individual styles, creating a home that feels both high-fashion and high-function, effortlessly tailored for two.
MIRAMAR RESIDENCE

This home was designed for a Miami-based artist whose work focuses on highly textured, sculptural art pieces. She envisioned her home not just as a place to live, but as a "living gallery": a backdrop that enhances, elevates, and evolves with her creations.
Each interior choice from the curved, organic forms to the soft, tonal palette was intentionally selected to allow her artwork to shine without visual competition. The layout prioritizes wall continuity and negative space to support rotating artwork installations.
